The Master of Science in Sport Management degree was formally approved by the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board and became effective October 16, 2019.
 

Mission: The mission of the M.S. in Sport Management is to prepare students for careers in the sport industry.  Students will explore theories and principles of leadership and management as it applies to sport programs and facilities.   
 

Admission Requirements

Applicants for admission to the Sport Management must first satisfy requirements for admission to Texas A&M University-Victoria graduate studies as described in the Graduate Admissions  section of the catalog.

Send the following to the Office of Admissions Processing:

1. Completed application for graduate admission
2. Official transcripts of all coursework completed and baccalaureate or higher degrees conferred, sent directly from each institution to A&M-Victoria.
3. Graduate Record Exam (GRE) or Miller’s Analogies Test (MAT) directly from the testing center to A&M-Victoria.
