Prerequisite(s): ECON 2301 This course provides students with a basic understanding of the environment of airline operations and administration. This course covers various contemporary topics such as the regulatory framework, the business environment, business strategies, network design, customer service, airport infrastructure, operational planning and control, recourse planning, ramp operations, baggage operations and operational safety. The objective of this course is to help students understand and be able to explain and discuss basic airline business models, strategies, and operations.
