This course is designed as a first-year introduction to TAMUV Aviation and its vision for preparing the modern aviation/aerospace workforce. Students will also explore the state of the current global aviation / aerospace industry, grand challenges, and career opportunities from a variety of perspectives.
By the end of this course, students will be able to 1) apply skills of interpersonal communication on aviation topics fluently and effectively with peers, 2) gain awareness of evolving technologies, business practices of aviation, 3) be able to identify and discuss primary challenges in aviation industry.
