MGMT 4345 Construction Budgeting, Cost, and Procurement

In this course, students will learn elements of construction estimation and procurement. This course provides an understanding of how to complete a detailed cost estimation for a construction project, include analyzing, quantifying, and pricing the construction budget is provided. A working knowledge of the art and science of construction purchasing and supply sourcing strategies, such as construction risk, supplier selection, and subcontracting, will be provided.
