This course provides an overview of managerial functions with an in depth understanding and emphasis on the study of individual, group and inter-group behaviors in organizations. Additional focus will be an emphasis on practical applications, organizational efficiency, organizational success, and an ability to assist with motivating and improving employee productivity and performance, decrease absenteeism, quite quitting and turnover through best practices. (Formerly MGT 6320) (Credit will not be given for both MGMT 6351 and MGT 6320.) Course Fee Graduate Business Fee - $75 per semester credit hour
