Prerequisite(s): COSC 1301 or COSC 1336 or equivalent computer literacy course. An introduction to the functions of information systems in organization and their relationships to organizational objectives and structure. Studies of decision theory, quantitative procedures, system design and types of applications that are part of an information system.
