Preamble: The Global MBA is a 36-hour MBA program (30 hour core, and 6 hours concentration) with curriculum emphasis on international business and finance.
Mission: The mission of the Global MBA is to provide students with the knowledge and skills needed to function as managers in the global marketplace. Specifically, the Global MBA program seeks to develop in each graduate the capacity to:
- Analyze the changing global environment;
- Analyze cultural differences to address organizational issues from a global perspective;
- Apply theories, models, or tools to solve global business issues; and
- Apply functional knowledge and skills to address cross-disciplinary issues in the global marketplace.
The following courses are required for attaining the Global Master of Business Administration degree. Courses are listed in the recommended completion order.

This concentration requires completion of two graduate Entrepreneurship electives selected from:
Economic Development:
This concentration requires completion of two graaduate Economic Development electives selected from:
Finance:
This concentration requires completion of two graduate Finance (FINC) electives.
General Business:
This concentration requires completion of two graduate electives selected from Accounting (ACCT), Economic Development (EDEN), Economics (ECON), Entrepreneurship (EDEN), Finance (FINC), Management (MGMT), or Marketing (MKTG) course offerings.
Human Resources Management:
This concentration requires completion of two graduate Human Resource electives selected from:
Management:
This concentration requires completion of two graduate Management (MGMT) electives.
Marketing:
This concentration requires completion of two graduate Marketing MKTG electives.
Total Program Requirements 36 Hours
Foundation Course* 3 hours
Core Requirements 30 hours
Academic Concentration 6 hours
Total 36 hours (plus foundation)
*Students who do not have sufficient background in Statistics/Analytics will be required to take QMSC 6351 as a foundation course.
