Human behavior issues in organizations studied from the perspective of the individual, group, and that of the organization. Topics include a variety of individual characteristics such as personality traits, values, emotional intelligence, individual differences and perceptions. Additional topics covered are focused on enhancing employee wellbeing, motivation, group dynamics, work teams, managing conflicts, decision-making, communication in the digital age, leadership effectiveness, and organizational culture, organiational design, and managing change and stress.
