1. Satisfy the requirements for the Bachelor of Arts or the Bachelor of Science degree. Bachelor of Arts option - 6 semester hours of sophomore foreign language Bachelor of Science option - natural sciences with lab (for a total of 11 semester hours of natural sciences)
2. General requirements:
   • Lower Division - Speech ^, Computer Literacy ^,UNIV 1300  or UNIV 1302  or UNIV 1303 ;6 semester hours of sophomore foreign language
   • Upper Division - ENGL 3430 Professional Writing ; MGMT 3303 Principles of Management ; HUMA 4300 Selected Topics in the Humanities ; COMM 4314 Intercultural Communication  
3. Career Clusters (48 hours): Arts,Humanities,Communication and/or Design; Business; Health Sciences; Industry/manufactoring and construction; Public Safety; STEM
4. Free electives - Enough electives to fulfill the 120 semester hour requirement and the 36 semester hours of upper division courses (30 s.h. must be completed at UHV).
