Prerequisite(s): TSI complete in Reading and Writing, and completion of PHYS 1301 with a grade of C’ or better.
An introductory physics course covering electric point charges, magnetism, electromagnetic induction, circuits, direct and alternating current circuits, optics, and electromagnetic radiation. PHYS 1102 may be taken concurrently for 1 science lab credit. The course assumes a working knowledge and competence of basic algebra.
