This course addresses the dilemmas and opportunities that managers face when interacting in international multi-cultural environments. The course focuses on increasing students’ effectiveness/ability to manage cross-cultural interactions, and in identifying, understanding, and managing the cultural components of organizational and business dynamics. (Formerly MGT 6324) (Credit will not be given for both MGMT 6387 and MGT 6324) Course Fee Graduate Business Fee - $45 per semester credit hour
