Prerequisite(s): QMSC 6351 and MGMT 6352 This course examines various strategic and operational issues in the design, planning and execution of a firm’s international operations, including acquisition of input resources, location of production facilities and logistics. The course will cover a range of topics from a strategic overview of international operations to detailed operational mechanisms to match global supply with demand from multinational markets for a firm’s products and services. Course Fee Graduate Business Fee - $75 per semester credit hour
